tuesday mourning fall favorites

here's a warm and snuggly little group for a dreary fall morning. can you almost smell the freshly baked apple pie? i can't either, but i wish i could. i am, however, steeping a cup of cinnamon stick tea, and it smells yummy! each one of these lovely pieces of art is among my favorite favorites, and i just spotted these pretty ceramic pitchers this morning. they are little, but don't they seem like they seem like they should be full of cider? very fall. if you like what you see here then be sure to check out the etsy shops of these very talented artists. there is so much more where these images came from. from top to bottom: "penny peacock" by tuesday mourning, "orange trees by the blue lake - hand painted wood brooch", by gretchenmist, and "rain is magical" by courtneyoquist. oh, and if you like this pair of pitchers as much as i do, make sure you take a peek at red eye vintage for more vintage goodness.

masquerade

hello & happy september 8th! i had a very productive couple of days in my studio producing 2 new paintings with a fall/chilly edge. i really didn't plan on being seasonal - as per usual for me, the color palette drives the image and i guess i have autumn on the brain. i'll be posting both new images in my etsy shop today.
